Now we may not be Chefs at RPi, however you may argue against this if you have ever been in the office when Chris is cooking :-) However here is one recipe that we do have some great ingredients for.

• A Phase One 4.6 Coscast RPi Engine
• Reconditioned Drivetrain
• Koni Adjustable Shock Absorbers
• Polybush
• Seats re-trimmed in New Leather Hide
• And so much more....

Take one 1990's Classic Range Rover, a few hours work, some newer technology than was available in the early 90's. Leave to mature in Norfolk for a few weeks and the result unfolds below.......

Start with a 1990's Classic Range Rover

Begin by removing the interior, separate the body and chassis and make some essential repairs to the body

Have the body stripped to bare metal and professionally primed and undercoated. Whilst this is happening start to remove item from the chassis, such as the old worn out 3.9 litre engine (now I wonder what we could drop in its place?)

Prepare and paint the chassis (there's a few hours work :-) Install Koni shocks with new springs. Recon break callipers and overhauled Axles.

With a reconditioned gearbox and all this work going on it would be a shame not to put a nice power plant between those front chassis members. So we asked Holly to put together a Phase One 4.6 engine using one of our in-stock Coscast short engines. Oh, the body is back from being painted also!!

With the body back from paint assembly of more components such as doors etc can begin. As you can see the attention to detail is paramount, even when it comes to the internals of a door. Looking forward to the end result.... we are.

With the seat re-trimmed in new leather hide the interior is shaping up to be that extra bit special too. And whats more with the body in place the engines ancillary items can be fitted. Seen here with the plenum removed showing the shorter, wider alloy trumpets.
